Pharmacological research of Elipulse

 

Adoption the coronary artery ligation method, Pituitrin induced myocardial ischemia method, the atmospheric hypoxia method, in vitro heart coronary perfusion method, creatine phosphokinase determination method (Sigma CK NO. 661 PCS), 86Rb nutrition determination of myocardial blood flow method to verify that Elipulse can treat obstruction of qi in the chest (the myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease) caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis.

 

The experimental results show that:

 

1. Elipulse can reduce ligation of coronary artery of rats caused by acute myocardial infarction ranges. Compared with the control group, it has extremely significant difference (P < 0.001).

 

2. Elipulse alleviate IV pituitrin induced rats electrocardiogram ST segment and T wave changes. Compared with the control group, it has extremely significant difference (P < 0.001).

 

3. In vitro guinea pig heart perfusion experiments show that Elipulse can increase coronary blood flow. Compared with the control group, it has significant difference (P < 0.05).

 

4.Elipulse can significantly reduce rat serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) value, Compared with the control group, there are significant differences (P < 0.001).

 

5, Effects on canine heart hemodynamics: Elipulse can expand coronary and increase coronary flow, lower blood pressure (supported by clinical evidence), increase cardiac output and reduce the peripheral resistance.

 

6. Elipulse can improve the ability of hypoxia mice. Compared with the control group, there are significant differences (P < 0.01)

 

7. Elipulse can enhance mouse myocardium to 86 Rb absorb nutrition, increase myocardial blood flow. Compared with controls, it has extremely significant difference (P < 0.001).

 

Note,Although Elipulse can positively affect hypertension by lowering blood pressure, please do not use Elipulse in the stead of blood pressure medicines.
